How do I delete my account?
If you have an account in one of our apps and would like it deleted, send an email to viktor@mydoremi.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete.
How do I request my personal data?
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Send an email to viktor@mydoremi.co with the subject line "Data Access Request". We will respond within 30 days with a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
How do I report a bug?
We appreciate bug reports — they help us improve. Please email viktor@mydoremi.co with:
- The app name and version (found in Settings or the App Store)
- Your device model and iOS/OS version
- A description of what happened and what you expected
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible
