Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
